Essential Job Duties
- Plan and implement advertising placement with primary emphasis on print and digital
- Write and design ad copy
- Create communication and social media content

- Manage all advertising expenses to remain in alignment with budget
- Collect, record and submit all marketing invoices
- Manage the vendor relationships with key publications and maintain database
- Help agents achieve their marketing goals
- Provide creative ideas/solution for personal branding and advertising
- Advise on building a consistent and successful social media presence
- Share out all advertising opportunities with agents and manage their submissions
- Manage database of listing; reporting on inventory multiple times each week
- Submit Press Releases on new agents as needed

- Three plus years of professional customer experience is preferred.
- Prior Real Estate experience strongly preferred.
- Mac proficiency required. Software use must include Adobe InDesign proficiency, Adobe, Photoshop; Canva; Filemaker; Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
